We are young and young at heart people who combine their skills, realize exciting real estate projects, keep our real estate "in shape" - and we do it with modern working methods.

We pass on our knowledge to our trainees and "newcomers" and pursue our ambitious growth targets with fun at work!

We "celebrate" joint successes (events, working breakfasts and lunches, etc.) and are happy about our medium-sized transparent Harpen culture with short decision-making processes and a flat hierarchy, which also provides healthy workplaces (including massages, fruit and vegetables, "all kinds of drinks").
