SPACE 51°7

The future-oriented location Mark 51°7 is located right at the heart of the Ruhr Region, and is one of the most important urban development projects for the City of Bochum over the next few years. The university city is successfully mastering the challenges of structural change from its current industrial background to become a services-oriented metropolis in the Ruhr Region.

After finishing the first realisation stage in December 2017 the flagship project gets a twin on the future-oriented location Mark 51°7. Because of the high demand after modern office spaces the construction of the second realisation stage will start in spring 2019. On a plot of about 4,300 sqm an office building with 3,000 sqm rentable space and about 70 parking lots will be realised in close connection to the first realisation stage. Modern office spaces and the latest technical infrastructure will be offered to the tenants in order to produce flexible workplace solutions.
